Instagram Data Deletion Instructions

If you have connected your Instagram account to a website powered by Fiory (Wpro), you can request deletion of your Instagram data at any time.
How to delete your data
- Log into your vendor dashboard at https://florist.wpro.ai
- Navigate to Website → Instagram section
- Click “Disconnect Instagram”
- This will immediately remove your Instagram access token and associated data from our system
Requests made directly through Meta
If you request data deletion directly through Instagram or Meta, we will automatically process the request and remove all associated data.
Confirmation code
If you were provided a confirmation code by Meta, you can verify your deletion request by contacting us with that code.
