Step by step

Arrive with buffer time
Plan to arrive 2 hours before ceremony start. Confirm venue access with coordinator. Identify the installation spot exactly — don't assume.

Unload and stage
Place all pieces in a staging area near (but not at) the install location. Keep flowers in shade and hydrated. Never stage in direct sun.

Install the arch first
Always start with the largest piece. Secure the base, anchor with sandbags if outdoor, and check stability from all angles. Mist immediately.

Place aisle markers
Work from the altar toward the entry, placing aisle markers at every other row. Adjust for symmetry as guests arrive — the aisle width changes when seating fills.

Touch-ups with backup stems
Use backup stems to fill any gaps in the arch or aisle markers. Mist one final time 15 minutes before guests arrive.

Clear the area
Remove all trash, empty water buckets, and leave the area clean. Take final photos before guests arrive. Leave your cell number with the coordinator for emergencies.
